Einmal im Monat oder in 2 Monaten stelle ich Natto, vergorene Sojabohnen, her. 
１か月か２か月に一度納豆を作ります。

Meistens verwende ich 1 kg Bio-Sojabohnen.
普段は１キロのBioの大豆を使います。
Prendo 1 kg di Soia biologica.

 

Es kostet nur etwa € 6,-, und 2 kg Natto wird hergestellt.
原材料は６ユーロくらいで、２キロの納豆ができます。
Costa circa € 6,-, e posso preparare 2 kg di Natto.

 

Alles in Beutel verpackt und im Gefrierkühlschrank aufbewahrt. Ich stamme aus West-Japan (Kyoto und Osaka) und esse Natto selten, aber mein Mann isst jeden Tag davon.

私は関西人なのであまり納豆は食べませんが、ダンナが毎日食べています。
