Eine Gruppe, mit der ich monatlich koche, hat sich indische Speisen und Puri (Bhatura) gewünscht. Puri ist eine Art Brot, das in heißem Öl frittiert und wie ein Luftballon wird. Da wir nicht sehr viel Öl verwenden wollten, haben wir Mini-Puri hergestellt.
月に一度いっしょに料理をするグループが、インド料理とプリ（バトゥッラ）を作りたいと希望しました。プリはパンの一種で、揚げると風船のように膨らみます。
Un gruppo tedesco che vedo una volta al mese ha voluto preparare piatti indiani e anche Puri (Bhatura). 
Puri è una sorta di pane che viene fritto e diventa come pallo. Dato che non volevamo usare tanto olio abbiamo preparato piccoli Puri.

 

Wir haben drei verschiedene Currysorten hergestellt. Eines ist Fisch-Curry.

Abbiamo preparato 3 sorti di curry. Una di loro era curry con pesce.
